Current status
Checkout remains closed until the seller finalizes the EU withdrawal,
cancellation, refund, and immediate digital access flow with qualified
legal/tax review. The server-side launch gate is
EU_WITHDRAWAL_FLOW_READY.
What must be decided before live sales
- Whether the store sells to consumers, businesses, or both.
- Which statutory withdrawal rights apply to the annual digital license and immediate access flow.
- Whether a visible electronic withdrawal function is required for the buyer segment and checkout model.
- How withdrawal requests are acknowledged on a durable medium, such as email.
- How withdrawal, refund, cancellation, license expiry, and private download access interact.
- Where the final support and legal contact addresses appear in the public pages.
Current product behavior
Canceling renewal or losing active license status stops future private update and ZIP download access. It does not disable the installed plugin or break already-encrypted submissions on the customer site.
