What you buy

A paid annual subscription gives access to private plugin downloads, update metadata, license activation, and support for Cornerstone Forms Encryption. The WordPress plugin is distributed under GPL-compatible terms; the paid subscription covers updates, downloads, and support.

Pre-contract information before payment

  • Seller identity and support contact are published on the legal notice.
  • The main product characteristics are described on the product page, documentation, compatibility page, and security model.
  • Stripe Checkout shows the final payable amount, billing details, tax/VAT handling where applicable, and available payment methods before payment.
  • The subscription duration is annual and renews yearly until canceled in the Stripe Customer Portal.
  • Immediate digital access starts after successful payment only after the customer confirms the digital-content acknowledgement during checkout.
  • Refund and withdrawal information is published on the refund policy.

Plans and site limits

  • Solo: one active site.
  • Pro: up to three active sites.
  • Agency: up to ten active sites.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew yearly until canceled. Customers manage billing and cancellation through the Stripe Customer Portal. Canceling stops future renewal. The installed plugin keeps working, but update and private ZIP access stop when the subscription is no longer active.

License failure mode

Expired, canceled, or suspended licenses do not disable encryption or decryption on the installed WordPress site. They only stop update checks from returning private package downloads.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for backing up their WordPress site, protecting encryption keys, testing the plugin on staging before production changes, and making sure their own privacy, security, and compliance obligations are met.

The plugin reduces exposure of selected stored form data. It is not a complete compliance program, legal advice, hosting hardening, backup policy, access-control policy, or incident-response plan.
